Fridays Fetish: cosy country decorating

How ironic, the sun is finally out and I’ve just spotted some cosy winter landscape-inspired decorating schemes. Oh how the decorating world (and weather) TEASES ME!

Check out the latest country decorating idea from Country Homes & Interiors magazine, ‘Nature’s Beauty’. It’s all about bringing the greying skies, frosty branches and snowy whites into your home to create a warm and toasty space.

I say ‘I love chunky country beams’ so much that I really should wear a badge – for everyone’s sake. Not surprising then that I adore this attic bedroom.

Who knew sorting your paperwork could be so cosy – hot chocolate is a must!

So there you have it – Nature’s Beauty!

… of course, the real ‘beauty’ is that we’ll still probably be wanting a wood-burning stove in July!
