Feature wallpaper goes cuckoo!

Woah! Slow down feature wallpaper, I only asked what your name was!! I love a funky feature wallpaper, and I love the bird trend – especially when it’s incorporated in a summery bedroom design idea, but this is too much for me.

Maybe it’s the combination of the feature wallpaper AND the screen upholstered in exactly the same pattern? Or maybe it’s the fact that a room full of swans isn’t my idea of relaxation? (as much as I love Osborn & Little designs in general) But I just think it’s too much – what do you guys think? Am I being harsh?

I totally agree! This room is TOO much, from the wallpaper, to the bed covering, to the carpet. The wallpaper is not needed, and makes the room feel too busy and crowded. I really like the carpet pattern, working in the wholesale carpet industry, I can tell this is high quality material. I would probably change the wallpaper to a neutral color (ex: beige) and remove the bed headboard. Thanks for sharing and making me feel good about my wallpaper-less home 🙂

I’d feel I was drowning in reeds and about to be attacked by swans – great for nightmares!
