NB. Not to be confused with a foot fetish … shudder!
If you feel …
a) that your favourite pair of shoes is just too darn pretty to be heartlessly hidden away in a box
b) that tracking down ‘that’ matching pair in the mornings is as easy as walking in them
c) that your shoe collection looks like it’s been struck by lightning when you’ve been getting ready to go out
… then check out Livingetc‘s stylish shoe storage solutions. They’ve got ideas from making a feature out of your favourite pair, to jazzing up your shoe boxes.
I love the idea of jazzing up your shoe boxes with polaroids of a particular detail, like an unusual heel, or a buckle.
Sort your shoes by colour – a far less depressing process than sorting them by price!
Display/show off your shoes proudly/unashamedly with architectural plaster mouldings!

And if you love shoes that much – how about a limited edition print of a sexy stiletto?!

Shoe boxes with photos is a super idea! Stylish and most importantly – easy to find. I love it!

I love the idea of focusing on an important detail of the shoe…it makes the boxes look so artistic compared to a regular polaroid shot.
I don’t even have anywhere to put the boxes, let alone a shoe rack – mine are all piled into a plastic box in the bottom of my other halfs wardrobe.
